There is a $10 restocking fee per pair on any returns for refund. The exceptions to this policy include (a) defective items, and (b) when a mistake is made on our part. We do not refund Express Shipping.
If you need to exchange for a different style or size, the only cost to you is the cost of shipping the original product back to us (unless defective or our error) or a price difference. We will ship you out a replacement for free and you will not be charged a restocking fee. Your credit card will be charged for the exchange, then when the return is received, the purchase price of the item returned will be credited to your account. If you choose, we can wait until your item is returned before processing the exchange. However, if the item is no longer available, then you would receive a credit less the restocking fee.
Your first exchange will include free shipping but any exchange after the original will include $10 charge for shipping. Thank you

Payments by paypal can either give us a credit card by which to charge the second pair of shoes or may wait until the original pair is returned before the exchange is sent.
