REFUNDS:
There is a $10 restocking fee on any returns for refund. The exceptions to this policy include (a) defective items, and (b) when a mistake is made on our part.
EXCHANGES:
If you need to exchange for a different style or size, the only cost to you is the cost of shipping the original product back to us (unless defective or our error). We will ship you out a replacement for free and you will not be charge a restocking fee.
